TERMS OF USE:

1. GRANT OF LICENSE:
   BIPRO PharmaOne ("The Software") is provided free of charge for operational 
   use by retail pharmacies, clinics, and healthcare businesses. You may install,
   run, and use the compiled binary release of the Software on any compatible 
   Windows personal computer or local network server for lawful commercial and
   internal business operations.

2. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS:
   All copyright, title, proprietary rights, and source code ownership in and to 
   the Software remain exclusively with the author. This license grants no right,
   title, or interest in the underlying source code, architecture, trademarks, or
   intellectual property. Reverse engineering, decompilation, unauthorized 
   repackaging, or selling the Software binary for monetary gain is strictly 
   prohibited without prior written authorization.

3. NO WARRANTY / DISCLAIMER:
   THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR 
   IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, 
   FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, COMPLIANCE WITH LOCAL TAX OR DRUG LAWS, 
   AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE 
   LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR OTHER 
   LIABILITY ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE 
   USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

4. DATA & BACKUP RESPONSIBILITY:
   The operator is solely responsible for maintaining local database integrity, 
   verifying tax and accounting ledger accuracy, and performing regular, secure 
   data backups to external media.
